Zen2yoga first opened its doors in 2017, founded by Chris and Nabila who identified a local need for accessible yoga. After personally studying yoga, they recognised the difficulties in finding local classes and decided to establish a studio that offered something for everyone, regardless of experience. Both Chris and Nabila have since extended their studies, with Chris training in India under the guidance of Yogi Chanderkant in Rishikesh and Nabila under the guidance of American Yoga Guru Rolf Gates. Our dedicated team of teachers are highly trained in yoga, fitness, and Pilates, ensuring that we provide a varied and inclusive class selection.

At Zen2yoga, we believe that yoga benefits everyone. It is not merely a fitness class or a weight loss gimmick but a union between mind, body, and spirit. Our classes improve fitness, aid weight loss, increase strength, and promote flexibility. Our teachers are here to help you on your yoga journey, whether you are a beginner or have some experience. We cater to all levels with classes such as Yoga for All, Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin yoga designed for those starting out. All equipment, including mats, blocks, wheels, straps, cushions, and blankets, is available free of charge at our studio. We are located in the heart of Polmont, next to Aldi's, with ample free parking, bike racks, and nearby bus stops and train stations.

Zen2yoga is more than just a yoga studio. We pride ourselves on our sense of community and regularly host workshops, events, and retreats. Our team of experienced teachers is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
