About Me

My journey with yoga began under the guidance of my incredible grandmother, Connie Dennison, who became one of the world's oldest yoga teachers. Witnessing her tireless dedication and the profound impact yoga had on her life ignited my passion for sharing this transformative practice with others.

I am a certified yoga teacher, specializing in Hatha Yoga with a focus on empowering individuals to find greater balance in their physical bodies and minds. I hold certifications in various styles, including Pregnancy Yoga, Birthing Yoga, and Infant Massage, and I am a founding member of Yoga Scotland.
