Counselling Services
Action Mental Health provides professionally accredited counselling for children, young people, and adults across Northern Ireland. Our BACP-certified therapists offer individual and group sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Services are delivered through 12 dedicated centres in Belfast, Antrim, Portadown, and Enniskillen, with outreach available for vulnerable clients.
New Horizons Programmes
Our nine New Horizons centres deliver personal development and employability training across Northern Ireland. Participants access accredited qualifications, work placements, and skills-building workshops tailored for individuals facing mental health barriers to employment. Programmes combine practical training with mental wellbeing support to enhance job readiness and workplace confidence.
Workplace Mental Health Training
AMH Works offers mental health awareness and resilience training for Northern Ireland businesses. Our programmes help employers create supportive work environments through stress management workshops, mental health first aid certification, and bespoke organisational consultations. Training is delivered by experienced professionals with expertise in workplace psychological safety.
Eating Disorder Support
The EveryBODY project addresses eating disorders through community education and specialist support in Southern Northern Ireland. Suicide Postvention Services
