Our Story

Our yoga centre was founded by Ramdev Kriya Ram and Kriya, two experienced yoga and meditation teachers who have spent decades perfecting their craft. Ramdev, who has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 40 years, has a deep understanding of somatic training and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, which has helped him maintain his mobility and alleviate back pain. Kriya, who has lived and studied with her teacher, Swami Atmananda, for 12 years, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in hatha yoga, raja yoga, shatkarma, kriya yoga, jnana yoga, and mouna. Together, they have created a haven where individuals can come to learn, grow, and heal.

Our Services

We offer a range of classes and therapies designed to promote health, well-being, and self-awareness. Our somatic hatha yoga classes focuses on sensing and feeling within, using movement with awareness to reorganize our structure and pattern of movement.
