- Received the incorrect item, blamed for the fault and was spoken to in a rude, arrogant, and patronizing way by customer service.
- Terrible service, spent a thousand pounds on a fireplace to have it dumped on the front lawn on a pallet, had a hernia repair and no idea how to get it into the house.
- Worst customer service, had an electric log burner delivered with squint doors, waited for weeks for an answer and had to pay for the fire to be sent back myself.
- Ordered a fire and frame, still have not received the frame after months, never contacted by the company and told to wait for weeks.
