Who I am and what I offer

I am Su Connan, a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and supervisor based in London Bridge. I hold accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and age groups.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a flexible and collaborative approach, drawing on various therapeutic modalities to tailor my interventions to each client's unique needs and circumstances. My practice is built on:

  • Confidentiality and Trust: Your personal stories and struggles remain safe and secure.
  • Non-judgment: I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your concerns without fear of criticism.
  • Collaboration: We work together to identify your goals and develop strategies to achieve lasting change.

Areas I can help with

  • Relationship difficulties: Communication issues, conflict resolution, infidelity, and marriage challenges.
  • Mental health concerns: Depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
  • Trauma and loss: Grief, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress.
  • Sexual and gender identity: Exploring sexuality, understanding gender identity, and addressing related challenges.
  • Personal growth: Developing self-awareness, building confidence, and achieving your full potential.

Flexible options for your convenience

To accommodate your preferences and schedule, I offer sessions via:

  • Video conferencing (Zoom, Skype, VSee, Whereby)
  • In-person appointments at my office in New Cross and Relational Spaces, London Bridge.

Beyond traditional therapy

Additionally, I provide:

  • Clinical supervision: Guiding and supporting other therapists in their practice development.
  • Training workshops: Equipping individuals and organisations with the knowledge and skills to address specific challenges related to sexual diversity and other mental health concerns.

If you are ready to embark on your journey towards personal growth and well-being, do not hesitate to contact me to schedule a consultation and explore the possibility of working together.
