Services
Full Groom
Our full groom service includes a thorough wash, dry, brush out, and styling to breed standards. We attend to eyes, ears, feet, and nails while ensuring your pet's coat remains healthy and tangle-free. This service addresses severe matting issues and prioritises animal welfare throughout the process. Prices start at 35 depending on breed complexity.
Hand Stripping
Specialised hand stripping removes dead hair from appropriate coats without clipping. This technique preserves coat texture and quality but requires specific coat conditions. We assess suitability during consultation, considering factors like neutering effects and skin sensitivity. Available for breeds with appropriate coat types.
De-matting Procedure
We address severe matting through manual removal using conditioners and tools or complete clipping. The method depends on the dog's age, health, and temperament. Post-treatment includes full grooming and maintenance advice. Additional costs apply based on matting severity, starting at 15 per half hour.
Bath & Dry
This service includes shampooing with specialist dog products, conditioning, and high-velocity blow drying. Ideal for pets needing freshness between full grooms, prices start at 15. Includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, and application of pet cologne for a complete refresh.
Pet Pick Up
Our local collection and delivery service accommodates housebound clients or those with transport difficulties. For a 5 fee, we safely transport pets to and from our Mayfield Farm facility. Available within Harlow and surrounding areas, ensuring stress-free access to professional grooming.
