At Studio Twenty 3, we are dedicated to helping men and women in Chandler's Ford achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive and non-intimidating environment. Our team of professional coaches is passionate about providing personalized training sessions that cater to individual needs and goals. We offer two types of training sessions: Personal Training (1-2-1) and Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) (4 people), both of which are designed to help our members achieve long-lasting results.

Our Story

Our journey began 12 years ago, when our founder, a Sports Science graduate, recognized the need for a more personalized and supportive approach to fitness. Frustrated with the lack of guidance and motivation in large commercial gyms, our founder set out to create a training studio that would provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. Today, we are proud to have helped hundreds of men and women in Chandler's Ford achieve their health and fitness goals.

Our Services

At Studio Twenty 3, we offer a range of services designed to help our members achieve their goals. Our Personal Training sessions provide one-on-one guidance and support, while our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions offer a more social and motivating environment.
