About PATCHS

PATCHS is an online system that allows patients to request appointments, submit requests, and access their medical records from the comfort of their own homes. This system helps patients to avoid telephone queues and waiting rooms, and enables our GPs to understand your symptoms fully. We encourage patients to fill in as much information as possible when using PATCHS, as this helps us to allocate the most appropriate appointment.

Negative Experiences

On the other hand, several reviewers have had negative experiences with the surgery. Chris Wall reported multiple mistakes, misinformation, and lack of interest from the doctors, and waited five months for a call back about medication. Sara Foster was unhappy with the receptionist, Jen, who she found unhelpful and rude, and noted that different staff members had given her different information.
