At Angmering Day Nursery, we pride ourselves on being an exceptional setting for children, always maintaining exceptional standards in both care and education. Our nursery is situated in a lovely 1920's detached home in the peaceful Sussex village of Angmering, and has been providing top-notch care to children since 2006.

Our Story

Our owner and founder, Juliet, spent her entire working career supporting and developing children in their early years and was motivated to provide a setting that brings together all of her knowledge and experience to create a wonderful place where every child thrives. We are not part of a group or chain, so we can really focus all our efforts on providing the best possible environment and can truly be child, not profit led.

Our Services

We offer a private day nursery for children aged 2-5 years, open from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks of the year. We consistently achieve excellent Ofsted inspection ratings and are registered to provide government-funded places for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds. Our dedicated team of highly qualified professionals provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where children can grow and develop at their own pace. We understand the importance of nutrition in early childhood, and therefore provide home-cooked, nutritious meals each day, specifically designed for the needs of young children.

Our facilities include a fabulous garden with fantastic areas to explore and develop, as well as a new 'farm school' where children learn to grow fruit and vegetables and look after small animals in a safe and secure environment. We also offer a range of activities and experiences, including music and movement, arts and crafts, and outdoor play, to stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
