Our dedicated team consists of highly skilled professionals, each contributing unique talents and expertise.
- Dora Jonathan-Withers, PhD, CBT C&A AAC (CAHMS); LLM, Dip CBT, DipCHyp/NLP, SQHP, is a seasoned psychologist specialising in treating depression, panic, anxiety, low self-confidence/low self-esteem, and various addictive behaviours such as eating, smoking, and drug addictions. She offers confidential and individualised therapy employing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness CBT, and other strategies to assist clients in managing their concerns.
- Ron Withers serves as our front-of-house team member, offering a warm, compassionate welcome to all clients. With a background in Sales and Marketing from a major media organisation and first-hand experience dealing with psychological distress, Ron understands the challenges faced by our clients and provides an empathetic and supportive presence.

- Experienced trainer, previously serving as a national trainer for the Mental Health Tribunal and leading on developing training for the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Co-authored and published a book on mental health in a multicultural society, as well as article contributions for the Tribunal Journal
- Member of the national team that designed and developed training materials for the department of Health on the Mental Health Act 2007 (Amending)
