The owners allegedly have public rows with each other, which creates an intimidating atmosphere. They also expect a lot from the staff but fail to show appreciation or gratitude. The reviewer criticized the husband's behavior, stating that he spends most of his time reading car magazines and drinking health drinks, which has caused issues. Moreover, the reviewer claimed that the husband expects them to perform tasks that are not part of their job description, which is illegal.
