Cass, the owner of Cass's Canine Clips, has nurtured a lifelong love for dogs. Her fascination with grooming began during her year 10 work experience in 1996 at a grooming parlour in South Woodford. Cass's dedication and passion led her to work in several grooming establishments, further expanding her knowledge and skills. In 2000, she took a short break to start her family and began grooming from home. As her clientele grew, she established Cass's Canine Clips in 2010. After seven rewarding years in Harlow, she moved her business to its current location in Bishops Stortford, CM227SE.

Cass's love for dogs is evident in her exceptional grooming skills and personalised approach, treating every dog as if it were her own. Additionally, she has pursued formal education in the ancient art of energy healing, known as Reiki, and will soon be offering Reiki animal healing services.
