Transforming Your Space with Style and Functionality
Our Beginnings and Vision
Established in 2007, Gourmet Coffee Bar & Kitchen emerged as a unique vision: to elevate the coffee experience at railway stations throughout the UK. With a dedication to speciality coffee, meticulous sourcing, and a genuine passion for sustainability, we strive to make every cup a quality moment for commuters and travellers.
Sourcing Sustainable Excellence
Every cup of Gourmet Coffee begins with the beans. We source our coffee directly from passionate growers in Colombia, ensuring ethical practices and the highest quality. This meticulous sourcing is reflected in the exceptional flavour and aroma of every brew.
Crafting the Perfect Cup
Beyond just exceptional beans, we take pride in meticulous roasting. Partnering with Clifton Coffee Roasters, we ensure each batch is roasted to its unique perfection, maximizing flavour and aroma. Our skilled baristas then work their magic, ensuring every cup is prepared with precision and care.
More Than Just Coffee
For us, coffee is more than just a beverage. We are proud to be partners with leading rail networks, providing environmentally friendly coffee solutions that align with sustainability initiatives. We also offer a range of delicious pastries and snacks, and our dedicated team is passionate about creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.
Our Journey
Throughout our journey, Gourmet Coffee Bar & Kitchen has consistently grown and evolved. From our humble beginnings in 2007, we have collaborated with various rail operators, established a training center in Birmingham and have partnered with renowned companies like Clifton Coffee Roasters. We are proud of our achievements and look forward to continuing to expand our reach and bring speciality coffee to more stations across the UK.
Customer Feedback
Awful Service Experience
Author: Lucy Sharp, Rating: 1 stars
Lucy Sharp had a terrible experience at the establishment. She described the service as awful and not pleasant. Her ratings for food, service, and atmosphere were all 1/5, indicating a very poor experience.
Overpriced and Ridiculous
Author: Marcus, Rating: 1 stars
Marcus was also extremely dissatisfied with his experience. He felt that the prices were nonsense and overly expensive, even compared to airport prices. He noted that the lack of customers in the queue was likely due to the high prices and suggested that the management needs to be more clever if they want to attract customers away from nearby Starbucks. A single espresso cost him 3.10, which he found to be just ridiculous.
