Our practice population is approximately 5000 patients, and we are pleased to welcome new patients residing within our catchment area. Appointments with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner

At Billinghay Medical Practice, we use AskMyGP for all appointments involving doctors and nurse practitioners. AskMyGP is an online consultation tool that streamlines the management of patient requests and queries through digital triage. This system simplifies the process for patients seeking medical help from a GP or nurse practitioner and assists our clinicians in prioritising and delivering care through message, phone, and face-to-face appointments. Upon submission of your request, you can expect to hear back on the same day, as every request is thoroughly reviewed by a clinician. AskMyGP opens at 8 am every weekday, Monday to Friday, and closes at midday, unless our safe clinical capacity is reached earlier.

For appointments with a practice nurse or healthcare assistant, such as long-term condition reviews, injections, blood tests, or smear tests, please contact our reception team to book a suitable time.

Accessibility and Dispensary Services

Our practice is easily accessible, with all patient areas situated on one level, featuring electric doors for straightforward entrance into the Practice. However, should you require assistance, please do not hesitate to ask any of our staff members. The dispensary services are available from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Monday: 7:15 am - 6:30 pm (Dispensary opens at 8:30 and closes at 18:00. Enhanced access from 7:15 until 8:00)
