Our Story

Established in 2008, The Anahata College of Reflexology has been under the leadership of Glenys Underwood, a highly experienced and renowned reflexologist. With over twenty years of practice, Glenys brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the college, ensuring that students receive the best possible education and training.

Our Courses

We offer a range of courses, including our flagship OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine. This accredited, validated, and fully regulated qualification is officially equivalent to a Foundation Degree and provides students with a comprehensive understanding of reflexology techniques and principles. Our courses are designed to provide students with a solid foundation in reflexology, enabling them to excel in their careers and make a positive impact in the lives of their clients.

Our CPD Programs

In addition to our diploma courses, we also offer a range of CPD programs designed to help reflexologists continue their professional development. Our CPD courses include Indian Head Massage, VRT Fast Track, and Foot Reading with Jane Sheehan, among others. These courses are designed to provide reflexologists with advanced knowledge and skills, enabling them to expand their practice and offer their clients a wider range of services.
