Services
We offer coaching and counselling services to help you become the person you want to be. Our counselling (therapy) is designed to help those struggling with various issues, such as low mood, anxiety, lack of motivation, grief, sadness, panic, eating problems, and obsessive conditions. These difficulties may stem from specific events or may be unexplained. Through counselling, we will explore your thoughts and feelings surrounding any problems you may have and work to resolve the underlying issues together.
Coaching can facilitate personal growth by addressing specific areas of your life that you would like to change. This may include aspects related to confidence, self-esteem, relationships, family, work-life balance, or career success.
Supervision
Our supervision services support counsellors and professionals in supporting roles. By offering a safe and understanding space for reflection and exploration, I can help you develop and enhance your own therapeutic skills. This, in turn, enables you to better support those you are working with.
Counselling
Counselling (therapy) aims to help individuals who are finding it difficult to live a contented life. By exploring and understanding thoughts and feelings related to any difficulties you are experiencing, we can work together to bring increased awareness and resolve underlying issues. This process often involves working through and moving past problems, leading to a more fulfilling life.
During the counselling process, we will establish a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, understanding, and non-judgement. This is crucial for a successful therapeutic outcome. Clients often find it easier to discuss personal issues with me than they initially anticipated. The counselling sessions will typically take place online via Zoom, and the duration of therapy will be discussed and agreed upon according to your needs.
Coaching
Our coaching services focus on facilitating personal growth and change. During the initial assessment, we will discuss your current situation and what you would like to change in your life. Clients may bring various issues or concerns, but the key goal is to create a life that aligns with your values and desires.
