Here at Rosie's Childcare, we are proud to offer a unique and delightful alternative to traditional nursery settings. Our purpose-built childcare rooms and wonderfully large garden provide the perfect balance of outdoor and indoor space, ideal for providing the positive stimulation, social interaction, freedom, and professional care that children thrive in. Our central location in Waterbeach, just 5 miles north of Cambridge, ensures that we are conveniently accessible for parents traveling into Cambridge or London from as far as Ely, and ideally situated for families living in Willingham, Milton, Landbeach, Rampton, Histon, and Cottenham.

Our Approach

We are a home away from home setting, dedicated to providing every child with a unique nursery experience. Our passionate team cater learning around each child's interests, needs, and development stage to create a bespoke learning environment that supports and challenges. We aim to inspire our children to be inquisitive and curious, creating the 'thinkers and doers' of the future through a modern-day approach to early childhood education. Inspired by and bringing together aspects of many childhood theorists, we offer a truly unique and wonderful mix, together with the passion of a forward-thinking and dedicated team, to offer the very best early years experiences for children.

Our Facilities and Activities

Our activities and facilities are carefully tailored to meet the needs of the different age groups, and we focus much of our attention on creating a positive, warm, and family-friendly experience for all of our children using a child-focused approach. We subtly integrate the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum into our daily activities, encouraging natural, independent learning and development through play, social interaction, observation, story-time, music, and signing. Our wonderfully large garden space allows children to free flow and explore the outside, while learning and discovering a range of new skills.
