Service Experience and Staff Attitude
The Bromley Common Practice received mixed feedback regarding the service experience and staff attitude. Some patients were unhappy with the receptionists' attitude, with one patient noting that the receptionist was rude and the doctors did not seem to like their jobs. However, others had a positive experience, with the receptionist being helpful and the doctors providing efficient and kind service.
Appointment Issues
A significant number of patients faced issues with appointments. Some found it difficult to get an appointment, while others experienced delays or issues with telephone consultations. A few patients were even told to wait for weeks for a registration appointment. On the other hand, some patients had a smooth experience with appointments, such as one patient who managed to get an appointment and receive treatment in just a few hours.
Patient Care
There were concerns about patient care, with some patients feeling that their health issues were not taken seriously or that they were not provided with adequate advice. One patient reported being told to "try melon" for their illness, which was deemed insufficient. However, others appreciated the efficient and kind service provided by the doctors, including one patient who was grateful for the quick flu vaccination process.
