Our Management Team
Hollybank's management team is dedicated to ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. Our team consists of:
- Manpreet Sangha - Responsible Individual: Manpreet is the Responsible Individual of the home, overseeing the management team and ensuring that the home meets regulatory requirements. He holds a Master's in Economics from the London School of Economics and has a Level 4 and 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Debbie Hayes - Manager: Debbie is the Manager of the home, responsible for the day-to-day operations and the overall management of the home. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. She has worked in the care sector since 2008 and has been a registered manager for a Domiciliary care provider since 2014.
- Beverley Ellis - Deputy Manager: Beverley is the Deputy Manager of the home and has over 30 years of experience in the care sector. She has achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and was a finalist in the 'Carer Of The Year' category at the Care Forum Wales 'Care Awards' in Cardiff.
