Our story began many years ago, with Neil, our master baker, training in his father's bakeries alongside his grandfather. The baking 'gene' runs deep in our family, with a legacy that can be traced back approximately 300 years. Today, Neil's daughter works alongside him, continuing the family tradition of creating exceptional cakes that bring joy to our customers.
