Our Services

Here are some of the services we offer:

• Visual Arts: Our visual arts programme includes a variety of activities, such as painting, drawing, and sculpture. Our experienced arts facilitators guide participants through a series of exercises that promote creativity, self-expression, and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to explore their imagination, experiment with different materials and techniques, and develop their artistic skills.
• Creative Writing: Our creative writing programme is designed to improve literacy skills and encourage self-expression. Our experienced facilitators guide participants through a series of exercises that promote storytelling, character development, and descriptive writing. Participants are encouraged to explore their imagination, share their stories, and develop their writing skills.
• Singing: Our singing programme includes a variety of activities, such as group singing and one-on-one vocal coaching. Our experienced vocal facilitators guide participants through a series of exercises that promote vocal health, breathing techniques, and self-expression. Participants are encouraged to explore their vocal range, develop their confidence, and enjoy the benefits of singing in a group.
• Music Production: Our music production programme includes a variety of activities, such as songwriting, music production, and sound engineering. Our experienced music facilitators guide participants through a series of exercises that promote creativity, collaboration, and technical skills. Participants are encouraged to explore their musical interests, develop their talents, and share their music with others.

Unlocking Creativity

One of our most popular services is the "Unlocking Creativity" programme, a series of workshops designed for people with dementia and their carers. These workshops are designed to improve mental health and wellbeing, reduce isolation, and promote social interaction. Participants are encouraged to engage in creative activities, such as visual arts, creative writing, singing, and music production, that are tailored to their interests and abilities.

Mental Health Awareness Week

At Hoot Creative Arts, we are passionate about promoting mental health awareness. During Mental Health Awareness Week, we offer a series of activities and workshops that are designed to improve mental health and wellbeing, such as mindfulness exercises, creative writing sessions, and singing workshops. Our aim is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can share their experiences, learn new skills, and connect with others.
