With over 20 years of experience in teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Stacey has developed a unique teaching style that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to create a holistic practice that benefits both body and mind. Our studio is dedicated to providing a supportive and non-competitive environment where students can feel comfortable and confident practicing yoga.
