At Q Gardens Farm Shop, we pride ourselves on stocking produce that is locally sourced and of the highest quality. This includes fruit from our own orchards and meat from our farm, located just a few miles away from the shop. Our product range varies with the seasons, from homegrown asparagus in May, through strawberries, raspberries, cherries, plums, damsons, gages, to apples and pears in the autumn.
Our Butchery Counter
Our knowledgeable butchery team is ready and waiting to serve you a wide range of butchery products, including our own beef, which we insist is hung for at least a month, our own lamb, local pork, and sausages made on-site. Our butchers offer a traditional service, providing cooking and serving suggestions, and will happily cut meat to the size or thickness required.
Fruit & Vegetables
Our shop stocks an array of fruit and vegetables, including those from our own orchards. Our displays and counters change with the seasons, offering the freshest produce available. From homegrown asparagus in May to apples and pears in the autumn, you will always find a variety of fruits and vegetables to choose from.
Deli Counter
Our deli counter features mainly UK-produced cheese and a wide selection of sweets and savouries. Whether you're looking for something for lunch or a main course, you'll find something to suit your taste in our deli counter.
Ice Cream Counter
We are well known for our ice cream counter, where we make the ice cream ourselves, often using our fruit in the recipes. There's always a sorbet available, and our ice creams are made with love and care, using only the finest ingredients.
Christmas Collections
Our online shop is open for Christmas ordering only. You can place an order with our butchers by phone or email, and we offer a range of Christmas collections to suit your needs. Our butchers will happily offer you any advice required on cooking or serving suggestions.
Extras and Gifts
Our shop stocks all the good things that you'd expect in a farm shop, including pies and pastries, cheese, bread made from flour ground at the mill in Wantage, preserves, beers, and wines. We also have a range of extras and gifts available, perfect for any occasion.
Opening Hours
Our shop is open seven days a week, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm. Our butchery counter is unmanned from 2 pm on Sunday afternoons.
