About Me

My name is Jennifer Shepherd, and I'm a qualified and experienced Reflexologist and Massage Therapist based in Ince Blundell, Liverpool. My journey into holistic healing began with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Nutrition in 2004, leading me to pursue further qualifications in both Reflexology and Swedish Body Massage. I am also a proud member of the Clinical Association of Reflexologists.

We will then begin the treatment in a comfortable, warm setting. I will apply gentle pressure to your feet and lower legs, using a combination of thumb and finger techniques. The pressure may cause temporary discomfort, but the overall experience is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.
