Our Services

We understand the importance of early intervention and specialist treatment in delaying cognitive decline and maintaining independence. Our comprehensive range of care services is designed to respond to the changing needs of individuals and families. Our services include:

• Specialist Hubs: Our hubs across Devon are open up to 6 days a week, offering specialist therapies, information, support, respite for carers, and access to a clinical team.
• Group Therapy: We use Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, recommended by the NHS, to work with small groups in the early stages of memory loss.
• Home Therapy: Our outreach team provides 1:1 support in the home, focusing on building a therapeutic, consistent relationship to improve mental health and social stimulation.
• Classes and Courses: Our fun and engaging classes are designed to help individuals at risk of isolation or those who want to keep their minds sharp. Topics include gardening, creative arts, exercise, woodwork, and singing and music appreciation.
