Negative Experience
However, one reviewer had a negative experience when their mother-in-law, who has dementia and Alzheimer's, was admitted for respite care. Despite initial assurances that she didn't require nursing care, the care home suddenly terminated her stay, citing a need for one-to-one care. This sudden change caused chaos and distress for the family, and they received no explanation for the decision.
