Our Services
At The Yoga Hutch, we offer a variety of services to cater to your individual needs. Our experienced teachers provide classes, courses, and 1-1 sessions that are tailored to your unique abilities and aspirations. Our services include:
- Yoga Classes: Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all practitioners, from beginners to advanced students. We offer dynamic Astanga practices and gentle somatic movement classes that are taught by experienced teachers with a deep understanding of the body and the breath. Our classes are small and intimate, allowing for individual attention and adjustments.
- Yoga for Beginners: If you are new to yoga, our beginners and improvers Astanga class on Tuesdays from 7-8.15pm is the perfect place to start. Our experienced teachers will guide you through the fundamentals of the practice and support you as you deepen your awareness and build strength and flexibility.
- Sound Baths: We are proud to offer sound baths with Shikira of 'Temples For the Soul'. Sound baths are a gentle and effective way to reduce stress and promote relaxation. During a sound bath, you will lie down and be bathed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. Our sound baths are a unique and transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
- Retreats: We organize regular retreats to Sri Lanka and other destinations. Our retreats are designed to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for you to deepen your practice and connect with other like-minded individuals. Our retreats include daily yoga classes, meditation, and other activities that will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.
- Somatic Movement Therapy: Somatic movement therapy is a gentle and effective movement practice that helps you release holding patterns in the body and reconnect with your natural impulse towards vitality and health. Our somatic movement classes and 1-1 sessions are tailored to your individual needs and designed to help you move with ease and grace.
