Who We Are

KIM Inspire is an award-winning charity based in Flintshire, Wrexham, and Denbighshire, delivering high-quality, holistic mental health support through free, group-based programs and activities. Our dedicated team of volunteers and staff work collaboratively to empower individuals to take control of their mental wellbeing.

1. Support Groups

KIM 4 Her: A safe and supportive space for women to share experiences, build resilience, and engage in diverse activities.
KIM 4 Him: A supportive environment for men to connect, overcome challenges, and develop new skills.
KIM Young People: Tailored support groups for young people to cope with specific challenges and develop essential life skills.

2. Community Support & Development

Weekly groups covering a variety of interests, including art, craft, music, and personal development.
Opportunities for volunteering, training, and work experience.

3. Cafe KIM

A welcoming space in the Heddfan Unit, Wrexham Hospital, run by dedicated volunteers. Open to everyone for lunches and snacks, with all profits supporting KIM's work.

4. Facilities for Hire

Ideal for meetings, workshops, and office space.
