About Me

I am a fully qualified and accredited integrative counsellor with over 18 years of clinical experience. I have a deep understanding of human relationships and the complex factors that influence mental and emotional wellbeing. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple.

My journey in counselling began in 1997 when I was trained by Relate, focusing on relationship counselling. Since then, I have honed my skills in diverse areas, including:

  • Individual counselling: Providing support and guidance for a wide range of concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth.
  • Relationship counselling: Addressing communication issues, trust problems, infidelity, financial conflicts, and intimacy challenges.
