Belmont Health Centre has been reviewed by several patients who have had positive experiences with the staff and services provided. The staff, including Radhika Gokani, Kajol, Lucky, Paula, Hasina, and others, have been praised for their attentiveness, helpfulness, and caring nature. They have provided excellent support and care to the patients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving issues promptly.
One patient, Diane D'Souza, noted that her experience with Paula was significantly better than previous encounters, highlighting improvements in the service provided. Joanne Fresco also appreciated Paula's kindness and helpfulness in chasing her X-ray results and arranging an appointment with the doctor. Similarly, Joao Costa and Priyanka Modha had positive interactions with Paula and Hasina, respectively, and were impressed by their professionalism and courteous service.
Madhu Khanderia praised the entire practice, stating that Belmont Health Centre is exceptionally good and easy to access.
