At Bodywize Gym & Fitness, we have been established in the local area for almost 20 years and offer a wide range of gym facilities, including: qualified instructors, personal training, cardio machines, free weights, pin stack machines, circuit fat burn and toning programmes, and four fast tanning sunbeds. We also have a large selection of sports and bodybuilding supplements available in our supplement shop.
Our Facilities and Services
Our well-equipped weights room has fixed machines and free weights including dumbbells and barbells, where you can complete a range of exercises and weight training programmes. We also offer personal training by our fully qualified personal trainers at a time that suits you and at affordable prices.
In addition to our weights room, we have a modern cardio and fitness room with all the machines you need for a range of training goals. Our functional training room is a brilliant space with lots of room for Cross Fit training, stretching and using the TRX suspension system.
If you're looking for a sun-kissed glow, our four fast tanning sunbeds are the perfect solution. And, to help you achieve your fitness goals, our supplement shop offers a wide range of sports and bodybuilding supplements.
