Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to our patients, including chronic disease management, vaccinations, and numerous other areas of clinical activity. Our practice uses the SystmOne computer system, which enables us to provide efficient and effective care to our patients. Our team of doctors and nurse practitioners work together to provide high-quality care, using templates designed to comply with the requirements of QoF (Quality and Outcomes Framework). We also maintain robust recall systems for all chronic disease management, vaccinations, and numerous other areas of clinical activity.
Our Facilities
Lime Grove Medical Centre was opened in 1993 as a modern, purpose-built, Health Centre. The Centre is located on the corner of Lime Grove Walk and New Street, close to the centre of Matlock. We have ample parking available on the streets around the Medical Centre. Our surgery facilities are provided on the ground floor level and the lower ground floor, both of which can be accessed by wheelchairs. We also have accessible toilets on both levels. A hearing loop, BSL interpreters, and Capita interpreters are available at the surgery. If you need further information regarding accessibility, please ask at reception.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we strive to continuously improve our services. We are a Safe Haven for the Community who have learning difficulties, and we are working to become a dementia-friendly practice. We are also an armed forces veteran-friendly accredited GP practice, which means that we have a dedicated clinician who has specialist knowledge of military-related health conditions and veteran-specific health services.
