Our team consists of 3 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GP's, 3 nurses, and a Clinical Pharmacist, supported by an administrative and management team. We take pride in our reputation for providing healthcare services to patient groups that are often marginalised by other service deliverers.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services to our patients, including home visits, interpretation services, named GP services, and non-NHS services. Our NHS services include prescriptions, SDSmyhealthcare extended access appointments, and travel vaccinations. We also provide additional services such as repeat prescriptions, medication reviews, and synchronisation requests. Our healthcare app, SDSmyhealthcare, allows patients to access our services easily and conveniently.
