1. General Medical Services: Our experienced team of GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals offer a full range of general medical services, including consultations, vaccinations, and health checks.

2. Online Services: To make accessing healthcare even more convenient, we provide a range of online services, including online registration, the NHS App, and Patient Access.

3. Healthy Living Advice and Coaching: Our Health and Wellbeing Team offers free healthy living advice and coaching to every patient in the Waterside PCN. You can find out more about the service provided on their website.

4. Carer Support: We recognise the vital role that carers play in supporting their loved ones, and we are committed to providing the necessary support. If you are a carer, you can register with us to receive priority access to healthcare services.

5. Prescription Services: Our doctors are working hard to improve continuity of care with your prescriptions. To help us, please order all medications needed at one time and allow seven working days before they are required.

6. Mental Health Support: At the Red and Green Practice, we understand the importance of mental health and are here to support you through challenging times. Our eConsult service is available for mental health concerns, and we offer a range of resources to help manage anxiety and stress.
