Appointments and Reception Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the difficulties in getting an appointment, with some being told to call back daily or being informed that all appointments are gone for the day. Rachel Elliott and Dannielle Alexander have been trying to get a follow-up appointment and a GP referral to a specialist since January 2023, but have been unsuccessful. Simon Barter was also unhappy with the condescending response he received from the receptionists.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers have had very positive experiences with the practice. Garry Bailey and Rachael Laan have praised the doctors, saying that they received excellent care and prescriptions that improved their health. Sonja Norris and Ray Richiardi have also expressed gratitude towards the practice, citing the helpfulness and patience of the staff, including the doctors and admin staff.
