Staff Performance
The review from Alex Palha highlights the exceptional service provided by Manisha, stating that she is the best and gives good service to patients.
Registration Process
However, the reviews from Samirkumar Patel paint a different picture. The registration process was marred by inefficiencies and poor communication. The receptionist provided conflicting information, and the applicant was asked to return multiple times with different family members. The application form was not filled properly, and the staff was more concerned with decorating the medical centre for Christmas than attending to the patient's needs.
Patient Experience
The experience was particularly frustrating for the applicant, who was 8 months pregnant and had to stand for 15-20 minutes while the staff attended to personal matters. The lack of empathy and understanding from the staff towards the patient's situation is concerning.
