Do I need to book in advance?
Individuals and small groups don't require bookings. Families with children under 12 and groups of 5+ should contact us in advance for availability confirmation.
What are your winter opening hours?
November-March: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Last rental at 4:40pm. Closed December 20th-January 5th annually. Bikes must be returned during opening hours.
Are repairs included in rental price?
Basic maintenance is included for student rentals. Standard rentals receive free minor adjustments. Major repairs incur additional charges but most are completed while you wait.
Can I use delivery services with your bikes?
We don't rent bikes for delivery work. Our rentals are intended for personal transport, tourism, and educational purposes only.
