Our story began in 2014, when Chef Director Mike Davies, along with the team behind Frank's Cafe at Bold Tendencies, set out to create a unique dining experience. Our vision was to serve generous hospitality with product-focussed, seasonal cooking, a natural-leaning wine list, and simple, well-made cocktails.
