Our Story
As a Frenchman living in the UK, Alpha realised the demand for French breads and croissants was vast. He returned to Lyon to hone his baking skills and master the art of making fresh pastries and bread by hand. His hard work paid off, and in 2002, he opened the doors to Croissant d'Or. With the help of his wife, Tina, who encouraged his entrepreneurial spirit, we have grown to become a beloved institution in Leeds.
