Our experienced and qualified counsellor is trained in humanistic and psychotherapeutic approaches, with a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and CORST Advanced Certificate in Relationship Therapy. We work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, and identity crises. Our goal is to empower clients to become more accepting of themselves and develop the inner support, strength, and resourcefulness to take control of their lives and bring about positive change.
