Talk to us, we're here to listen
Here at Time to Talk, we understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes you may feel like you're facing challenges alone. That's why we're here to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for young people aged 11-25 and parents connected to West Berkshire to talk through their concerns.
Our charity has a team of around 30 BACP registered counsellors who are dedicated to delivering emotional and psychological support services to those who need it most. We believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, free from the burdens of mental health issues, and we're committed to helping our clients achieve just that.
