Customer Service Issues
The primary concern among reviewers is the poor customer service experience, particularly with the lady at the front desk. She was perceived as rude and unhelpful, making customers feel belittled and disrespected.
Lack of Knowledge and Unprofessional Behaviour
The lady at the front desk was not only unfriendly but also seemed to lack knowledge about her job. When confronted about her incompetence, she became defensive and told the customer not to "scream" at her, which was seen as an unacceptable response.
