Welcome to The Rosevine, a unique and luxurious boutique apart-hotel situated on the picturesque Roseland Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the South Coast of Cornwall. Our beautiful Georgian family house offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and is just a short stroll from the nearest sandy beach and the South West Coast Path. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where guests can relax and unwind in style.

Our Accommodation

Our 15 apartments, studios, and a 4-bedroom self-catering house are designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and peace. Each of our properties has been individually decorated with a unique style, ensuring that every guest's experience is a special one. From family-friendly apartments with sea views to stylish studios with French windows and Juliet balconies, we have a range of accommodation options to suit every guest's needs.

Amenities

At The Rosevine, we understand the importance of providing our guests with the best possible amenities to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our apartments and studios are equipped with all the essentials, including flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes with combi-microwave ovens, toasters, kettles, and fridges. We also have a grown-ups' drawing room with comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove, a kids' play room, and an indoor swimming pool, making us the perfect destination for families and couples alike.

Room Types

We offer a range of room types to suit every guest's needs, including:

• Family Sea-Facing Apartments: Large luxury apartments with views of the garden and the bay beyond, perfect for families of up to 5 or smaller parties wanting extra space.
• Family Non-Sea-Facing Apartments: Larger two-bedroom apartments at the rear of the house, enjoying all the same luxuries with even more space.
• Studio With Sea View: Studios located on the first floor of our Georgian manor house, boasting magnificent sea views over the garden and Gerrans Bay below.
• Studios: Studios located just a stone's throw from the main house, featuring open plan living/dining areas with tables and chairs, desks, kitchenettes, and flat-screen TVs.

Dining and Drinking

Although we do not have a restaurant on site, we are happy to provide information on local eateries and recommend the best places to dine in St Mawes and Truro. We also have a library of cookbooks and recipe books, and are happy to lend out items to our guests.

Wedding Venue

The Rosevine is a stunning and intimate wedding venue, with beautiful gardens and views of the surrounding countryside. We offer bespoke wedding packages, tailored to meet the needs of each individual couple. Our team will help plan every detail of your special day, from catering and decorations to music and photography.
