Empowering Individuals through the Art of Karate
At Chandlers Ford Karate Club, we are passionate about teaching the art of Karate to people of all ages and skill levels in a safe, friendly, and non-profit making environment. Our club was formed in 1987 by Robin Lomax and has been dedicated to the teaching and practise of Shotokan Karate ever since. We are affiliated to the Japanese Karate Association through the Japan Karate Association England, ensuring that our black belts are registered in Japan and recognised throughout the world.
Our Services
We offer a range of Karate lessons and training sessions for beginners, adults, and children alike. Our beginner classes are designed specifically for those new to Karate, where you can learn the basics at your own pace without feeling pressured. Our main classes cater to students of all grades, where you can train together and learn from each other. We also offer senior grades classes for black and brown belts, providing a more advanced and challenging training experience.
Our training venues are conveniently located in Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh, with sessions taking place on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. We have a team of experienced instructors, including Sensei Seamus Audoire and Sensei Gillian Latter, who are dedicated to helping you achieve your Karate goals.
Our Philosophy
At Chandlers Ford Karate Club, we believe that Karate is not just about physical exercise, but also about mental discipline, self-awareness, and personal development. We strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can grow and develop as individuals, while also improving their Karate skills.
