Exceptional Care and Compassion
Sarah Howard, a grateful family member, shared her 5-star review of Shoulden Hall, where her Grandparent received end-of-life care. She praised the wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure her nan's comfort and companionship, even when family members couldn't be present. Sarah appreciated the staff's compassion, respect, and dedication to their work.
Unmet Expectations
In stark contrast, Rosalind White was extremely dissatisfied with her experience at Shoulden Hall, awarding it only 1 star. She was shocked to discover that there were only 2 bathrooms and no wet rooms for residents, who could only take baths once a week. Although the matron mentioned that a wet room was planned, it didn't ease Rosalind's frustration with the facility's inadequate amenities.
Heartwarming Care
Teresa Stewart also shared her exceptional experience with Shoulden Hall, praising the staff for their kindness and care towards her mother-in-law. Unfortunately, there isn't much more information provided in this brief review, but it's clear that Teresa was deeply impressed with the quality of care.
