She has evolved her classes to include Vinyasa (Flow) style, maintaining the emphasis on Iyengar's principles of breath, alignment, and the use of props where necessary.

About Karen

Karen is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience. She has completed extensive training in the classic Iyengar tradition and has also studied Vinyasa (Flow) style, yin yoga, and yoga therapy. Karen is passionate about helping her students achieve optimal physical and mental health through the practice of yoga. She believes in the importance of strict alignment, breath control, and the correct use of props to ensure that each student gets the most out of their practice.

Karen is also a certified Reiki Master and offers Reiki treatments in addition to her yoga classes. She is a Mental Health First Aider and has completed training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, as well as sport-specific yoga.
