Our Team
Our team of yoga teachers at Prana Yoga is dedicated to providing you with a rewarding and fulfilling yoga experience. Each of our teachers brings their unique style, personality, and expertise to every class, creating a diverse and dynamic community of yoga practitioners.
Our studio owner, Simone Jacqueline Jones, is a Vinyasa-based instructor from California, who has been teaching for over four years. She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate training in Los Angeles and plans to further her yoga-learning with a course in prenatal yoga in the new year.
Savannah Dysard, our studio administrator and yoga teacher, offers an energetic, heat-building power yoga practice that combines music and flow with light weights. She completed yoga teacher training in Washington, DC in 2016 and has taught in cities across the US, in the UK, and online.
Ashley Wallace, our yoga teacher, started her teaching journey in Bali in 2018 and is now trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. She likes to make everybody feel comfortable within their own practice and make adjustments to help deepen your experience.
Lily Rossiter, our Pilates teacher, is a level 3 qualified Pilates teacher. Pilates helps strengthen your body and core, and improve flexibility and posture, while being playful and dynamic. After years of practicing Pilates she decided to train to become a teacher in 2017 and hasn't looked back since!
Brett Parris, our yoga teacher, began his teaching journey with his 200-hour training in Australia and has since completed a further 1600 hours of advanced modules and studies in Sanskrit and yoga philosophy at Oxford. He loves teaching everyone from beginners to experienced students who enjoy a strong Vinyasa flow.
Paula Casta, our yoga teacher from Barcelona, Spain, brings a passion for yoga and a focus on creating fun flow sequences with different variations. She encourages students to focus on their own rhythm and what their body needs.
Hannah Nicholas, our yoga teacher, aims to create a space where yoga is accessible to all, and holds a safe and welcoming space for exploration and growth.
Najia Bagi, our yoga teacher, is passionate about spreading the concept of Ahimsa / Kindness through her teaching, and infuses every class with an attitude of self exploration.
At Prana Yoga, we are proud to have a fabulous community of teachers who are dedicated to providing you with a rewarding and fulfilling yoga experience.
