Services Offered

Reservoir Road Surgery offers a wide variety of services, tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our services include:

  • Routine Appointments and Prescriptions: Our surgery offers routine appointments with our experienced doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals. We also provide prescription services, allowing patients to conveniently collect their medication from their preferred pharmacy.
  • Specialist Clinics: We offer a range of specialist clinics, including diabetes services, travel vaccinations, and non-NHS services. Our clinics are designed to provide targeted care to patients with specific medical needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible treatment.
  • Home Visits: We understand that some patients may be unable to attend the surgery for appointments. As such, we offer home visits for those who require them, allowing patients to receive medical care in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Test Results: Our surgery provides test result services, allowing patients to conveniently access their test results. We encourage patients to contact the surgery after 1.00 pm on 465 2948 for their test results, unless instructed otherwise by their doctor.
  • Extended Access: Recognising the importance of accessible healthcare, we offer extended access appointments on Saturdays from 8.30 am to 12 pm, providing both routine and emergency appointments.
  • Social Prescribing Clinics: Fridays from March 2019, we offer social prescribing clinics to help patients access community resources and support. This new initiative aims to provide a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing the social determinants of health in addition to medical needs.
  • Blood Tests: From October 2022, we will no longer accept prescription requests via email. Additionally, due to a blood test shortage, we have temporarily halted all non-urgent blood tests. We will rebook these tests when supplies become more readily available.
