Shepley Preschool

Shepley Pre-School has been a cornerstone of the community for over two decades, established in 1992 by parents seeking high-quality early years education and daycare. Our registered charity, led by a committed parent committee, offers flexible full and part-time care for children aged between 9 months and 10 years old. We take great pride in our childcare provision, which is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family.

Our welcoming baby room caters to children as young as 9 months, while funded places are available for eligible 2-year-olds and all 3 & 4-year-olds. Our team of experienced and highly qualified childcare practitioners is dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children. With excellent knowledge and skills, we promote learning at all levels, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. All staff hold paediatric first-aid qualifications, basic food hygiene certificates, and attend regular safeguarding training. Furthermore, they engage in various other training courses to stay current with Early Years ideas and legislation.

At Shepley Pre-School, we are committed to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. Our team works closely with parents and carers to implement strategies that cater to each child's unique requirements. We also collaborate with local authorities, suggesting appropriate support and resources. Tailored one-to-one support, provided by a key person, helps maximise each child's growth and success in their early years.
